	Rachel Hillman - Rachel Hillman is a regional Labor Market Analyst for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. She covers the seven-county Twin Cities region, providing regional stakeholders with accessible expertise and analysis services; and extending labor market information to assist in planning and decision making. Rachel has a Bachelor's degree in economics from the College of St.Benedict in St. Joseph, MN and a Master's degree in economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Email Rachel
	Joe Perzel - Joe Perzel is President and Founder of JPerzel & Associates , a $5M contract, perm placement and managed project company working with local fortune 1000 companies. Joe has a 13 year background in the staffing industry, with previous recruiting, sales and management positions at staffing companies Associated Business Consultants (ABCI), Sintaurus and eNRGi. Prior to working with Staffing, Joe held IT management positions starting in 1979 at Cargill, International Multifoods and Mn Workers Compensation Insurers Association. Joe has stayed current with hiring trends by starting and running the job transition support group hosted by MnIPS from 2002 through 2007 and being a founding member of the IT job transition group for Smiling and Dialing.
